K’NEX Bricks make this an outstanding building set for the elementary classroom. The 1,200 K’NEX pieces and 20 building ideas enable students to build models at least 3 at a time working alone or with a classmate. When used as a part of a Science/Technology Center in the classroom, it soon becomes a favorite with boys and girls alike. Three children can build independently with the materials or three small groups of students can work as teams to follow color-coded instructions or their own imaginations as they build.
Children learn and practice skills related to spatial relationships, collaboration, and team work as they build and create. The materials are packaged in a strong stackable storage tray with movable dividers and a snap-on lid. This would be an excellent additional to any educational setting where children are encouraged to explore and challenge their imaginations.
