WITH K'NEX®, KIDS BUILD ORANGE COUNTY CHOPPERS™ --JUST LIKE ON TV!

HATFIELD, PA - November 2005 - K'NEX Industries, one of the world's leading manufacturers of children's construction sets, has teamed up with Orange County Choppers™, the stars of American Choppers™, the hottest cycle customization show on television.

The guys from Orange County Choppers™ have introduced the world to the behind-the-scenes, metal-bending action found only in their garage, where they create one-of-a-kind bikes. The now famous father-and-sons team -- Paul Teutul Senior, Paul Junior ("Paulie") and Michael ("Mikey") -- is known for both its highly customized motorcycles and the temper-flaring, on-air disputes that arise while creating them.

For OCC™ fans who just can't get enough, KNEX offers a line of officially licensed K'NEX Orange County Choppers™ building sets. Each design has been personally approved by the gear heads over at OCC™. For Spring 2006, K'NEX introduces the third series of the K'NEX OCC™:

Paul Sr.'s After-Burner Bike ™
Paul Sr.'s Old-School Bike represents classic design from the 1970's. These factory bikes were "chopped up" and customized. This bright red set comes complete with stretched handlebars, chrome accents, a personalized paint job and a working headlight.

Paulie's All-Star Bike™
Paulie's All_Star Bike represents the outrageous evolution of today's chopper design. This sleek bike has a red, white and blue star motif and comes with custom rims, tire fenders, tank and working headlight.

The officially licensed K'NEX Orange County Choppers™ building sets are full of customization options. Kids (and adults) can fabricate a frame with the K'NEX parts, then fit the pipes and fasten the fenders any way they wish. They can even fire up the finished version with real motorcycle sounds. For children and collectors eight years and older. Approximate retail value is $19.99
