How to Enter: You may enter between April 12, 2010 and 11:59PM Eastern time May 2, 2010. Complete the entry form at www.knex.com/nascar-nationwide-race-dover-international including your Guess, Name, Email Address, Phone Number and Age and click submit. Eligibility: Contest is open to all legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older except employees of Sponsor, JR Motorsports, LLC and/or any of their parent, subsidiary or affiliated entities, its or their agents, advertising and public relations agencies, and the immediate families and/or household members of each, and also ineligible are NASCAR, Inc., its affiliates and each of their respective employees, shareholders, directors, officers, members, personnel, and agents. Proof of age may be required. Void in New York, Rhode Island, Florida, U.S. territories and possessions and where prohibited. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of entries received: the more entries, the lower the odds of winning.

Winners: One hundred (100) successfully completed entries containing the correct or closest to the correct number of parts in the large #88 K'NEX model car will receive two (2) tickets to the "Heluva Good! 200" NASCAR Nationwide Series race at Dover International Speedway on May 15, 2010. In the event of a tie, K'NEX will select the winner(s) in a random drawing. All winning selections made by K'NEX are final and non-appealable.

Prize: One hundred (100) Winners will receive two (2) tickets to the May 15, 2010 "Heluva Good! 200" NASCAR Nationwide Series race at Dover International Speedway located in Dover, Delaware (approximate retail value is $100). Winners are responsible for their own transportation, lodging, and all other costs of attendance. Winners will have the opportunity to watch the #88 JR Motorsports K'NEX Chevrolet run in this race. No substitution of prize is permitted. Non-cash prizes may not be redeemed for cash value.

Winner Notification: The winners will be contacted by phone and/or email on or about May 4, 2010. If the winner is found to be in violation of these Official Rules or if prize notification email is returned as undeliverable prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Prize may also be forfeited and alternate winner selected if a winner cannot be reached, after a reasonable effort has been made, within 48 hours of the first attempt. Winners agree to use of their name, likeness, photographs and/or prize information for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in any medium without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
