This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 6 years of age or older. Sweepstakes begins on May 31, 2005 at 12:00:00 p.m. EST ("Eastern Standard Time") and ends on July 5, 2005 at 11:59 a.m. EST ("Promotion Period"). This Sweepstakes is sponsored by K'NEX Industries, Inc. ("Sponsor").

HOW TO ENTER: LIMIT: One entry per person or e-mail address per day. Subsequent entries from the same person or e-mail address will be disqualified. Any attempt by a person to enter more than once with multiple e-mail accounts may result in disqualification at the discretion of the judges or Sponsor upon verification of prizewinners.

To enter, go to http://www.knex.com/choppers. Participants will be asked to submit their date of birth. Entrants 13 years of age or younger will be required to submit their e-mail address and their parent or legal guardian's e-mail address. The parent or legal guardian of such entrants will receive an e-mail notifying them that their child has entered the sweepstakes, and also giving information on removing their child from the sweepstakes, if they wish. Entrants over the age of 13 will be required to complete and submit the online entry form.

After entering the correct information in all of the fields, you can click on the "Enter Now!" button and you will immediately receive one entry into the sweepstakes random drawing to win the prizes offered in the Promotion. For the purposes of the Promotion, a day shall mean a 24-hour period, beginning at 12:00:00 AM (midnight) Eastern Time and ending at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time.

Entries must be submitted by July 5, 2005 at 11:59 a.m. EST. By completing the online entry process, entrants 13 years of age or younger and their parent or legal guardian are agreeing to be notified by e-mail if chosen as a winner in the Sweepstakes. Electronic entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned to entrant.

PRIZES: Ten (10) First Prizes — A K'NEX Orange County Chopper first prize package consisting of a Schwinn Sting-Ray Bicycle, plus one of each set of the entire Orange County Chopper product line autographed by Orange County Choppers Cast Member(s). (ARV/Approximate Retail Value $270). Fifteen (15) Second Prizes - One of each set of the entire Orange County Chopper product line (ARV $89.96). Twenty-Five (25) Third Prizes - One Orange County Chopper set selected by sponsor (ARV $19.99). Total ARV of all prizes $4,550. Prizes are not transferable. Prize substitutions will not be allowed, except at sole discretion of the Sponsor, or if prize becomes unavailable, in which case Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with one of equal or greater value. Limit one prize per person/e-mail address.

WINNER SELECTION: Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about July 13, 2005 from all eligible entries received for each prize level, by an Independent Judging Organization, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Winners over the age of 13 will be notified by e-mail. Winners 13 years of age or younger will be notified via their parent or legal guardian's e-mail address given at the time of entry. First Prize winner's parent or legal guardian will be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release on behalf of the child. Forms must be completed, signed and returned within fourteen (14) days of attempted notification. In the event of non-compliance with these requirements, entrant will forfeit prize and an alternate winner will be selected. Return of any prize notification (e.g. e-mail account closed, or address incorrect when submitted) or prize as non-deliverable to the address provided, will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner will be selected. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: By entering, participants agree to these Complete Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and the Independent Judging Organization, which shall be final in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. K'NEX Industries, Inc., Integrated Media Concepts and its officers, directors, agents, partners and employees, are not responsible or liable for: (1) garbled, illegible, incomplete, incorrect, damaged, misdirected, late, lost or failed electronic entries; (2) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties; (3) errors or delays in transmission; (4) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor which may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (5) any losses or damages caused by the acceptance or use of the prize or from participation in the Sweepstakes or (6) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor and its Independent Judging Organization may prohibit you from participating in the Sweepstakes at their sole discretion, if you repeatedly show a disregard for the Sweepstakes Complete Official Rules or act: (a) in a manner they determine to be not fair or equitable; (b) with an intent to annoy, threaten or harass any other entrant or the Sponsor; or (c) in any other disruptive manner. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes should electronic viruses, other malicious software attacks, unauthorized human intervention, systems malfunctions, failures, difficulties or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor and its agencies corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper play or conduct of the Sweepstakes. By accepting prize, parent or legal guardian of winner give consent to the use of their child's name and/or likenesses for advertising, Internet and promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited. Parent or legal guardians of winners are responsible for taxes, fees and other expenses not specified herein.
