Winners 13 years of age or younger will be notified via their parent or legal guardian's e-mail address given at the time of entry. First Prize winner's parent or legal guardian will be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release on behalf of the child. Forms must be completed, signed and returned within fourteen (14) days of attempted notification. In the event of non-compliance with these requirements, entrant will forfeit prize and an alternate winner will be selected. Return of any prize notification (e.g. e-mail account closed, or address incorrect when submitted) or prize as non-deliverable to the address provided, will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner will be selected. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
