Order Approval Policy
All orders are subject to review and approval by K'NEX. Most orders will be approved within two business days or less. However, approval could take longer if there are any issues with your account. We will contact you within forty-eight (48) hours (two business days) if there is an issue with your order. K'NEX will promptly issue you a full refund for any paid order that it denies.
K'NEX does not ship to freight forwarders. Orders requesting shipment to a freight forwarder's address will be cancelled.
You may order individual parts in any assortment you choose (product colors may vary). When ordering items in any of the Parts & Extras categories (rods, connectors, panels, wheels & gears, miscellaneous, motors, grab bags, instructions and accessories), your order subtotal for Parts & Extras must be equal to or greater than $(US) 5.00 to complete your transaction. Please note that all orders totaling over $(US) 45.00 for individual parts must be approved by K'NEX before the order is accepted.
Omitting any of the information on the On-Line Order Form will result in your order being declined.
K'NEX does not accept Purchase Orders.
K'NEX reserves the right to refuse any order for sets or parts.
Payment must be made in US Currency. K'NEX cannot be held responsible for any online orders submitted by persons under the age of 18 who have not acquired the permission of a parent or guardian. These orders will become the responsibility of the parent(s) or guardian(s) that own the valid credit card used in the transaction.
Only one promotion or offer code can be applied to each order. However, if your order qualifies for free shipping, you are entitled to combine our free shipping offer with one additional promotion or offer.
If you have more than one promotion or offer code, please select and enter, as indicated, the code you wish to redeem with your order. When you enter your promotion/offer code, your promotional discount will be factored into your order, and reflected in your order summary.
Free shipping promotions applies to merchandise orders over the stated amount (excluding taxes and any applied discounts), and will be shipped via standard ground or Fed Ex Smartpost (depending on the weight of the order) within the United States only (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories and possessions).
Shipping charges are shown at Checkout, and are based on the ship-to address, total weight of your order, and selected shipping method. Your Order will be shipped from our Hatfield, PA location.
Regular Shipping: Orders are commonly shipped via standard ground or Fed Ex Smartpost (depending on the weight of the order) , and will be received in 5-15 business days. Orders including Individual Parts may take between 10-15 business days to receive. K'NEX does not ship to P.O. Boxes. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada will be shipped via US Mail, unless Expedited or Rush Expedited Shipping is available and has been selected. Free shipping codes apply only to Regular Shipping. Free shipping is not available for Rush Expedited or Expedited orders.
For faster delivery in the continental US and Canada, you may select Rush Expedited (2-3 business days) or Expedited (3-4 business days) delivery at Checkout. Expedited orders are not guaranteed to Canada, APO, or AE Addresses. Free shipping is not available for Rush Expedited or Expedited orders. Rush Expedited and Expedited Shipping are not available for orders weighing over 150 lbs.
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to customs delays. Therefore, the standard 5-15 business days for Regular Shipping, Expedited Shipping, and USPS Airmail Parcel cannot be guaranteed. Custom charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Please note that orders shipping outside the continental US (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada will be shipped via a third party, and therefore delivery times are not guaranteed.
Consumer's Responsibility Upon Delivery
Examine your order upon delivery to ensure that there are no visible signs of damaged, missing or incorrect items. In the event that there are missing, damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 15 business days of your delivery at email@example.com or 800-543-5639 option #4 for Consumer Services. For any other problem with your order, please refer to our Return Policy.
K'NEX will only accept returned merchandise with a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. The RMA must be clearly written on the shipping carton. Missing and/or illegible RMAs will delay processing the return. To obtain a RMA number, call us at 1-800-KID-KNEX.
All authorized returns will be credited minus shipping charges upon receipt by K'NEX. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges, unless the shipment contains damaged or incorrect items.
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days from receipt in its original packaging, and original unused and resalable condition.
Pre-Order shipments are available for eligible pre-order products we offer to ship on the in-stock date within the continental U.S. and Canada.
You can pre-order as many different eligible pre-order products as you want; each will be shipped by its expected release date.
Price Guarantee: Pre-order any eligible product(s), and we guarantee the product and shipping price from the date you place the order.
Pre-order products are not eligible for free shipping, or other promotional discounts. K’NEX coupon codes and K’NEX credit codes may not be applied toward the purchase of any pre-order products.
Payment Processing: Though a credit card is required to place a pre-order, your credit card will not be charged until your pre-order item is ready to ship (so please be sure your credit card is not due to expire between the time you place your pre-order, and the time your pre-order item is expected to ship). If you order additional items along with your pre-order, you will be charged for each item as it ships.
If your credit card is declined when the pre-order product(s) is ready to ship, you will be notified via email that the credit card you submitted for this pre-order has been declined, and due to this payment failure, we are unable to complete this pre-order. As a result, your pre-order will be cancelled. If you would still like to purchase this product, you are welcome to place a new order on knex.com/shop.
Availability: Occasionally, the amount of eligible pre-order product available is limited or we will receive more orders than inventory available. If this happens, we will process the online orders in the order in which they were received. Delivery: Orders containing different pre-ordered products and/or both pre-orders and in-stock products will be broken into separate shipments / orders. Each order will be shipped as soon as the product becomes available (in-stock). Shipping charges will apply to each individual shipment/order.
Pre-order Release Dates: We guarantee that we will always post the best release date information available at the time of our posting. Knex.com works closely with manufacturing to ensure accurate release dates on our site. Occasionally, we run into problems, and the release date must be changed to a later date. If manufacturing is running ahead of schedule, the release date may be moved forward. Sometimes the pre-order product release date may change more than once. If this happens to an item you have pre-ordered, we will send you an e-mail update.
International Replacement Parts Policy
If your new K'NEX set has missing or defective parts, please go to www.knexusergroup.org.uk. Type the words "Missing Parts" in the Search box and follow the instructions provided to have parts replaced. Pennsylvania Sales Tax Policy

Pennsylvania orders placed online will be charged sales tax. We will not credit back Pennsylvania sales tax for orders placed on our Web site.
